Fiocchetto Ham - 200 grams pack
Fiocco or also Fioccheto ham is the smallest and muscular section of the back of the pork thigh obtained from the same cut of pork meat usually used for the more famous Culatello ham.
After being trimmed, the meat is dry-salted, seasoned with spices and left to slowly mature for at least six months.
Sweet flavour, yet salty with nutty hints. Ideal to snack it in thin slices accompanied by a glass of red wine.
